so Country Gallery sent me a letter this week and it had said that they have decided to use one of our photos from our wedding and that if we "act now" we can get the picture after they are done using it. so needless to say i was ecstatic! jumping up and down ecstatic.. Country Gallery photos are a tid bit expensive and ahhh at a discounted rate :) HONESTLY, we could not pass this up.. or so i thought.
dan came home, read over the pricing and thought about it... "no" is what he said. after me having a slight temper tantrum i said, okay fine. i called Country Gallery today, talked to katie (one of my favorites) and find out what picture they panning on using and for what? it's one of our favorite pictures of us walking away from lisa in anderson gardens... seriously, i love it. okay, so what for? for Mestads in St. Cloud to hang on their walls. so I've been to Mestads twice in the last 4 months to order/try on the dresses for kristin's wedding, and i have seen the beautiful Country Gallery pictures on the wall... THEY'RE GINORMOUS! okay, so what's the size... katie said that it would either be a 24x30 portrait or a 30x40 portrait.. okay... normally those are priced at $684.00 for the 24x30 and the super large 30x40 is $943.00 WHO PAYS THIS MUCH? and who really wants a HUGE picture of themselves in their house... well, i guess i do!
We are getting this beautiful picture for only $269.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT? that's crazy! ahhh so that has pretty much made my day! now we just have to figure out where to put it- and actually, i think i know the perfect spot ;) and the colors will go perfectly with the room!
My sweet, adorable, loveable, huggable, smiling bundle of joy is turning 8 MONTHS OLD tomorrow.. wow, how time has flown. i can't believe that it has gone by so quickly! soon he'll be 9 months old and shortly after a year will have gone by... really makes me teary eyed. pictures are scheduled and the party is being planned!
